PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rainwater or the like from entering a building by surely sealing a gap part between a frame of a fitting such as a window frame and a side wall. SOLUTION: This resin waterproofing plate 140 covers a gap formed in a boundary part between a window frame 105 of a building and a side wall 130 of the building to water-proof the building. The resin waterproofing plate 140 includes: a first fixed part 141 shaped to closely adhere to the window frame 105; a second fixed part 143 shaped to closely adhere to the side wall 130; and a bending deformed part 145 formed between the first fixed part 11 and the second fixed part 143. The bending deformed part 145 is shaped so that at least a part thereof is swollen from a straight line connecting the end part of the first fixed part 141 and the end part of the second fixed part 143 in the arranging direction.
