PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of stored materials, simplify a mechanical structure and improve box-making speed in a packing box having a bored plate with holes in various shapes for holding and fixing a cup or the like provided beforehand. SOLUTION: This paper-made blank sheet is formed by sectioning, via rules, a single sheet into a front plate, a bottom plate, a rear plate, a top plate and an adhesive plate in order in one row. A box in a format of code number 0410 defined in JIS Z-1507 is formed, with the front and rear plates having an internal lateral flap and the bottom and top plates having an external lateral flap extended. The blank sheet has the bored plate for fixing the contents provided connecting with the front plate of the sheet.
