PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately make only a first nozzle part 12a opened from an instrument panel B to the outside function as a nozzle when a bezel 12 is buried, and to accurately make both of first and second nozzle parts 12a and 12b opened from the instrument panel B to the outside function as nozzles when the bezel 12 is projected, in a rotating type register. SOLUTION: A retainer 11 is provided with a shutoff portion 11c for shutting off an air flow to the second nozzle parts 12b side in the buried state of the bezel 12. In the retainer 11, a directional plate 13 for directing the air flow to both of the nozzle parts 12a and 12b sides by moving by interlocking with a projecting operation of the bezel 12 is disposed.
