PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat rail fixing structure capable of surely supporting a seat rail at a low cost, and a seat rail fixing method. SOLUTION: A vehicle body floor 10 is constituted of a planar plate formed by an upper wall part 10A, a lower wall part 10B, an oblique material 10C and a vertical material 10D. The floor 10 is formed by aluminum alloy extruded molding. In a pair of hollow parts 12, long-sized and solid supporting members 20 formed in the same way and formed with female screws 16 are inserted. The seat rail 20 is fixed to the supporting members 20 with mounting screws 24.
