PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a door of a deck oven in the deck oven usable for baking, humid baking or the like of a bread, a Western-style cake or the like. SOLUTION: The structure for the door of the deck oven has a door body enabling an opening part connected to the interior of the deck oven to be opened and closed. The periphery part of the door body has an inside stepped face and an outside stepped face formed so as to correspond to an inside stepped part and an outside stepped part imparted to a door-receiving frame defining the opening part, respectively, and packings are provided between the inside stepped face of the door-receiving frame body and the inside stepped face of the door body, and between the outside tiered face of the door-receiving frame body and the outside tiered face of the door body. As a result, the escape of the heat from the door is reduced and the formation of unevenness or the like of baking is prevented by doubling the packings. The mechanical strength of the door is increased and the deformation of the door is prevented by forming the structure of the door into a doubly stepped shape to reduce the inconvenience caused thereby.
