METHOD FOR SUPPLYING SOME OF ENERGY GENERATED FROM PROPULSION SYSTEM OF SHIP FOR TRANSPORTING LIQUEFIED GAS FROM SHIP TO GAS TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for supplying some of energy from a ship to a gas terminal is provided to improve the economical and ecological performance by optimizing the use of equipment and to prevent the corrosion and accumulation of a deposit in a ballast tank. CONSTITUTION: A method for supplying some of energy from a ship(200) for transporting liquefied gas to a gas terminal(206) carries the liquefied gas during transferring the liquefied gas between a tank(202) of the ship and a tank(204) of the gas terminal. The excessive gas steam in a gas ceiling(224) of the tank of the ship and a gas ceiling(226) of the tank of the gas terminal is supplied to a propulsion system(250) of the ship. The heat generated by the propulsion system of the ship is used to supply the heat to at least one heat exchanger positioned at the gas terminal.
