PURPOSE: A wrinkle forming device of textile is characterized by having a forming groove and a notch part on a forming plate. The device is capable of forming wrinkles having various shapes. The device is useful for clothes, curtains and so on. CONSTITUTION: The wrinkle forming device of textile comprises: a forming plate(P) formed an inner folded part(1a) and an outer folded part(1b); a forming groove(2) formed on the outer folded part(1b); a form folded part formed in the center of the forming groove(2) hollowed inside in the longitudinal direction; and a notch part(4) formed in the center of the form folded part in the lateral direction.
