The n-channel MOST (T11) may have its source connected to a first input voltage (U1) and an auxiliary voltage source (HQ) connected to a second input voltage (U2). The auxiliary voltage source is also connected to earth (0) and a third voltage (U3). The auxiliary voltage source is connected (U3IN) to a switching circuit (S1) with a control input (Control) and an output (ST11) to the gate of the transistor.
