Method for decorating a timepiece part

The decoration has oblique abrasion bands (10) diverging from a center of the decoration machined on a side of watch part e.g. plate. The oblique abrasion bands have an upper surface forming an angle of predetermined inclination with the side of the watch part. The width of the oblique abrasion bands extends like sunrays towards outside of the watch part. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a manufacturing process of a decoration by abrasion on a side of watch part (b) a machining device for implementing a decoration manufacturing process.
