Wheel suspension for a motor vehicle

The wheel is mounted on a lower link (10) which is hinged on the vehicle frame. It engages a coil spring (9) pressing on a plate (6) with a central spike (5) engaging in a ring-shaped member (3) forming part of a suspension frame (1). Elastic rubber bearings (2) on a yoke on the frame may be fastened by screws (4). An auxiliary spring (7) may be mounted inside the main coil spring.
