The main circuit board of a computer has a specific connection region that is redesigned for various connections. In particular there is a COM2 socket [63] and a VGA socket [61]. Other areas have earthing contacts [65,66] . A set of sockets provide connection for a MIDI/GAME port connection[71] together with audio sockets [8] and a USB port is provided.
