FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, composite resistive conducting materials, applicable in manufacture of resistors and heating elements used in heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: the material contains bitumen 90/10 or pitch - 45.0 to 97.0 percent by mass, and a current-conducting phase - 3.0 to 55.0 percent by mass.
