FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes compounds of their salts of the following general formula (I): A-(B)bo-C-N(O)2 wherein bo = 0 or 1; A means R-T1- wherein R represents radical of medicinal agent given in the invention claim; T1 means (CO), oxygen (O), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N) atom or NR1C wherein R1C represents hydrogen atom (H) or (C1-C5)-alkyl; B means -TB-X2-TBI wherein TB and TBI are similar or different and taken among (CO), O, S, N or NR1C wherein R1C given above; X2 represents bivalent bridge group as corresponding precursor B as given in the invention claim; C represents bivalent radical -TC-Y- wherein TC means (CO), O, S, N or NR1C wherein R1C is given above; Y has values as represented in the invention claim. Also, invention describes a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) for it using in oxidative stress and/or endothelial dysfunctions.
