FIELD: building, particularly for reinforcing load-carrying structures having compression members. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining reinforcing member length; welding reinforcing members to rod central area, which results in symmetric increasing rod in its cross-section. Each reinforcing member is divided into sections so that total section length is equal to reinforcing member length and sections are symmetrically arranged from rod center so that a gap is formed in-between.
