FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should incline the arch of cotyloid cavity in combination with pelvic osteotomy, and between osseous fragments it is necessary to introduce degreased, partially demineralized cortico-spongyous allotransplant with the fragment of articular surface of cotyloid cavity being correspondent to parameters of patient's acetabular fossa. Transplant is impregnated with liquid polymeric composition that carries medicinal substances and lyophilizate of animal embryonic bony tissue in its composition to stimulate the processes of implant's substitution with newly developed recipient's bony tissue and provide antimicrobial medium in area of operative interference that, thus, provides congruence in patient's articulation and prevents the development of early arthrosis. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. ^ 1 ex |
