FIELD: medicine, oncosurgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should form invagination ureteroenteroanastomosis, mucous-submucous flat valve, exclude the part of intestinal loop between reservoir and ureteroenteroanastomosis from peristaltics. The above-mentioned structures prevent urine inflow into ureter, they should be placed in certain sequence and under certain angle to urine level surface in urine reservoir in patient's lying down position. Mucous-submucous valve should be applied so that its plane to be parallel to urine plane in reservoir. Valve's axis should be perpendicular to urine plane in urine reservoir. Axis of the part of small intestine excluded from peristaltics should be applied at the angle of 45 deg. to urine plane in urine reservoir. Axis of ureteroenteroanastomosis should be applied at the angle of 75 deg. to urine plane in urine reservoir.
