FIELD: electrical engineering, applicable for power supply of electrical engineering equipment, communication systems, automatic equipment and teleautomatics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device has a transformer, switching unit containing switching elements, first and second intermediate relays, comparison and control device, auxiliary source, first and second switching relays, the switching unit is made in the form of breaking and making contacts, connected in parallel with the primary winding of the mentioned transformer is a capacitor, one lead of the making contact is connected to the point of connection of the breaking contact and the primary winding of the transformer, the other lead- to the neutral wire, the comparison and control device is made in the form of n check-up and control circuits monitoring the rise or drop of the voltage at the load from the preset level, n stages are step-connected, and RC circuits are connected in parallel with the switching elements. Similarly offered is a device with a check-up of the voltage level. At variation of the input voltage its compensation occurs towards a decrease or increase, as well as to both sides (whenever necessary).
