FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: electrolyte composition, which may preserve productivity of lead accumulator battery under low-temperature conditions contains, wt %: cobalt sulfate 0.5-1.7, magnesium sulfate 40-50, ammonium chloride 0.2-0.8, aluminum chloride 15-25, nicotinic acid 0.05-1.0, and distilled water - the balance. Battery can be completely charged for a short period of time because of elevated degree of current efficiency. Service time of accumulator battery is prolonged owing to its intrinsic capability of removing white lead sulfate without corrosive action of plate electrodes, which allows reuse of exhausted batteries discharged because of white lead sulfate. ^ EFFECT: prolonged vitality of accumulator battery. ^ 13 dwg, 4 tbl, 4 ex |
