FIELD: mining industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has cutting crown rotation drive reducer mounted at front end of boom, central channel for supplying liquid through the boom connected to body of each cutting crown by fixed pipeline coaxial to transverse cutting crown rotation axis, bushing placed on fixed pipeline and fixed in body of cutting crown, connected by channels to fixed pipeline and to channels for supplying liquid to sprayers of cutters when they interact with treated surface. Bushing is provided with additional channels exiting through ring-shaped recess in it onto outer surface of fixed pipeline. Ring-shaped recess has ring-shaped compactions on both sides, which interact with outer surface of fixed pipeline. Additional channels are hydraulically connected to locking valve mounted with possible opening for liquid outlet beyond crown limits in case of ring-shaped compaction damage. Additional channels are placed in front of liquid supplying channels to sprayers along direction of liquid movement. ^ EFFECT: prevented getting of irrigating liquid into reducer and drive engine, timely signalization about breakdown of respective compaction and possible replacement of compaction at the spot of combine operation. ^ 3 dwg |
