FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: vodka "Mariinskaya Luks" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft", 1.5-2.5 kg; an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend of soybean protein product "Zolotoi bob", 0.5-1.5 l; sugar syrup in the concentration 65.8%, 17.0-18.0; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to the strength 40%.
