FIELD: heating appliances. ^ SUBSTANCE: carbon fibers are ordered to obtain various heating characteristics along longitudinal and transverse axes of heating paper so as to enlarge application range of such paper. Carbon fibers are added to cellulose paper to obtain specific heating properties in longitudinal and transverse directions. Sheet heater has in addition polymeric coating that functions as insulator.
