摘要 FIELD: agriculture, veterinary helminthology. ^ SUBSTANCE: removed soles of mollusks should be placed per 10 pcs into Petri dishes to be poured above plantar level with artificial medium containing concentrated hydrochloric acid 10 ml, pepsin 4 g, water 1000 ml and keep environmental temperature to be 18-30 C, then comes microscopy of Petri dishes' bottom for the availability of appeared Mulleria larvae 1 h after pouring with artificial medium and 3 times more at the same interval one should repeat microscopy of Petri dishes' bottom, moreover horseshoe-shaped larvae or those of unlocked ring shape with exfoliated cuticle around the whole body should be detected as noninvasive, and spirofolded larvae with dense, almost transparent slightly pigmented light-yellow-colored body - as invasive ones. In case of negative result of microscopy of Petri dishes' bottom one should conduct microscopy of 1-2 control plantar abrasions from Petri dish.
