FIELD: production of hot beverages, in particular, espresso coffee. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves brewing ground material extracted by water, with substance placed in brewing chamber being brewed by water of boiling temperature, preferably, 110-1300C, yet being in liquid state; cooling beverage thus brewed to temperature below standard water boiling temperature until beverage reaches beverage discharge opening. Cooling of beverage thus brewed is preferably performed by means of heat-exchanger, through which newly supplied not heated water flows to cool it. Heat-exchanger is mounted for operation between brewing chamber and beverage discharge opening and is adapted for cooling of hot beverage brewed in brewing chamber to temperature below water boiling temperature. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in extracting of substance. ^ 14 cl, 1 dwg |
