FIELD: medicine, speleotherapy, curative physical culture. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method deals with the impact of procedures in a chamber of artificial saline microclimate simultaneously with physical exercises of 15-min volume, 80% motor density. The following exercises should be performed: static respiration in sitting position in slow tempo 40 sec, squeezing - unsqueezing of wrists, circular movements of wrists, circular movements of feet, bending - unbending of feet per 20 sec, lateral turns of head, inclinations of head, static respiration - per 40 sec, 10 procedures per therapy course. The method enables to improve the values of external respiration function, normalize HR, arterial pressure, decrease the quantity of blood eosinophils. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex, 3 tbl |
