FIELD: forestry, in particular, destruction of non-valuable hardwood wood trees in favor of coniferous trees and destruction of tree and shrubby vegetation at communication lines, power supply lines, strips near roads and gas-and-oil lines. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has handle, cutter bar equipped with saw-forming blades connected with one another and fixed on handle. Blades are spring-loaded one relative to another and provided with alternatively arranged diverging and straight teeth. Liquid feeding mechanism is located in handle for supplying liquid to teeth slots and is provided with main pipelines having liquid supplying nozzles.
