PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and reduce a cost of a device by eliminating a conveyance path for overflow which has been conventionally necessary. SOLUTION: When carrying out input handling of a coin inputted from an input slot, a dispensing guide plate 75 is turned to a position 75b guiding the coin to a recovery box 78. When it is detected that a number of accumulated coins in coin accumulating parts 57-62 has reached a specific value on the basis of a count value per denomination by a coin detecting part 45 during input handling, input handling is continued and coins are accumulated in the coin accumulating parts 57-74 while dispensing coins by a coin dispensing part from the corresponding coin accumulating part and recovering them in the recovery box 78.
