PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material excellent in antistatic properties, suitability to high-speed coating and sharpness. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material includes at least one each of blue-, green- and red-sensitive layers and at least one protective layer on a support and contains at least one fluorine compound represented by general formula (1), wherein the thickness of the protective layer is≤2.5μm. In the formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl with the proviso that at least one of R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>represents a fluorine substituted alkyl; R<SP>3</SP>-R<SP>5</SP>each independently represents H or a substituent; X<SP>1</SP>, X<SP>2</SP>and Z each independently represents a divalent linking group or a single bond; M<SP>+</SP>represents a cationic substituent; Y<SP>-</SP>represents a counter anion with the proviso that Y<SP>-</SP>may be absent in the case of zero intramolecular charge; and m is 0 or 1.
