PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant hot water supply device for allowing hot water to be instantly taken from a hot water supply outlet by heating using bath hot water heated by a one-can/two water type heat exchanger as a heating source. SOLUTION: This instant hot water supply device is composed of a circulating water heating circuit 13 for reheating a bathtub, a main heat exchanger 11 being a single-can/two-water type heat exchanger for constituting a hot water supply heating circuit 12 of a single can body, a circulating pump 19 for circulating the water of the bathtub 21, and a pressure releasing device 24. The hot water supply heating circuit 12 is heated by the hot water of the circulating water heating circuit 13 in reheating, and an instant hot water supply function can be provided by a simple constitution.
