PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce components, to miniaturize a piston pump, and to simplify the structure. SOLUTION: Cylinder sections 14 and 15 are disposed projectedly at positions having mutually shifted phases by 180°in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of a cylinder 13. Openings of tips of the cylinder sections 14 and 15 form first and second ventilation openings 16 and 17. A piston 8 is rotated by cam action between an annular cam groove 9 and a pin 19 engaged into this to reciprocate in the axial direction of the cylinder 13. The upper part of the piston 8 is provided with a recessed section 12 for communicating the first ventilation opening 16 with a pump chamber 20 when the piston 8 comes down.
