PAPER POST-PROCESSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a stapler capable of performing a staple process at low cost according to the number of sheets of a paper bundle. SOLUTION: Paper is fed to a first processing unit 4 along a predetermined transporting direction and a paper bundle is stapled. A second processing unit 5 is arranged in a downstream side in the paper transporting direction and staples a paper bundle. The first and the second processing unit is selectively used according to number of sheets of the paper bundle to be stapled. When the second processing unit is used, paper passes through the first processing unit and is given to the second processing unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
