PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and effort for removing powder deposited and dried on an inner wall surface of a storage container by preventing dew condensation on the inner wall surface of a tank to generate water droplets, and deposition of wheat flour in the water droplets when loading and transporting powder in bulk containing water such as wheat flour in the tank cooled by outside air in winter time or the like. SOLUTION: A dew condensation preventive device for a bulk vehicle for transporting powder which has a tank to be loaded with powder in bulk containing water and transports the powder loaded in the tank comprises a ventilation fan to blow outside air around the tank into the tank, a ventilation air feed conduit to feed outside air blown by the ventilation fan into the tank, and a ventilation air exhaust conduit to exhaust air in the tank outside.
