PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine capable of mounting a plurality of bobbins, which allows an easy understanding of correspondence of each bobbin with each tension regulating device. SOLUTION: The multi-needle sewing machine M includes a spool holder 8 capable of mounting six bobbins 11a-11f and a tension regulating part 9 having tension regulating devices 81a-81f. The spool holder 8 has bobbin stands 17 and 18 for mounting six bobbins 11a-11f. The bobbin stands 17 and 18 are arranged so as to open in a letter V-shape toward the rear of the multi-needle sewing machine M in a plan view when it is in a use position. The six tension regulating devices 81a-81f are arranged in a letter V shape in the same arrangement as the bobbin stands 17 and 18 so as to open toward the rear.
