PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method which enable the condensation of raw hot spring water of a fountainhead to a destination by transportation means and make the raw hot spring water condensed restorable to be drawn into a hot spring bathtub. SOLUTION: The system and the method comprise an apparatus (2) for the separation and preservation of the raw hot spring water, a closed type raw hot spring water preservation storage tank (4), a primary pump (5) which makes the raw hot spring water preserved in the closed type raw hot spring water preservation storage tank (4), a boiler (6) for heating the raw hot spring water, a heat exchanger (7) for adjusting the temperature of the raw hot spring water to a specified value, a secondary pump (8) for carrying the raw hot spring water, a condensation/restoration device (9) for restoring the raw hot spring water, a tertiary pump (10), a heat exchanger (11), a device (13) for collecting dirt or the like contained in the raw hot spring water, a filter (14), a sterilization tank (15) for sterilizing the raw hot spring water, a quaternary pump (17), a water level meter (18) and an electromagnetic valve (19) which is linked to the water level meter (18) to adjust the degree of the outflow of the raw hot spring water restored or stop the outflow thereof.
