PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking tin for bread, capable of easily producing the bread having specified shapes or surfaces to which relief patterns are applied. SOLUTION: This baking tin 1 has a side cover 10, a top cover 20, and a bottom cover 30, wherein the side cover 10 is positioned to be interposed between the top cover 20 and the bottom cover 30. Both ends of the side cover 10 are formed into couplers 11A, 11B, respectively, so that an inner space 13 is formed in a spatial part surrounded with the side cover 10, by coupling the couplers 11A, 11B with each other. Further, a peripheral wall 31 is formed on an upper surface 30b of the bottom cover 30, by protruding peripheral areas of the upper surface 30b. Therefore, the side cover 10 is thrust by the peripheral wall 31, when the side cover 10 is placed on the upper surface 30b in such a manner as to be engaged with the peripheral wall 31, so that the couplers 11A, 11B of the side cover 10 are prevented from opening.
