PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel fish reef which can easily be installed with an ordinary crane ship and has a height of≥20 m. SOLUTION: This steel fish reef having a three-dimensional structure formed from structural members made from steel, or the like, is characterized by having a base structure to be installed on a sea bottom and an upper structure bound to the base structure through pins, wherein the upper structure can be opened into such a forked shape as enabling the insertion of the tip of a crane boom or closed.
