PURPOSE: A preparation method of a flexible zipper lever is provided to form a nylon of a flexible synthetic fiber material and a soft sheath such as a silicone covering an outer side thereof integrally, thereby obtaining a soft and flexible zipper lever. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the flexible zipper lever comprises the steps of: filling a liquid material in a first die provided with a material filling groove and heating to cure into a gel phase; filling a liquid material in a material filling groove of a second die to be combined with the first die and locating a core material(1) with an anti-corrosive based oil applied thereon; and combining the first die with the second dies and applying a heat and a press. The liquid material is a silicone or PVC.
