PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the copyright of contents put to secondary use.

SOLUTION: A package memory 48 is provided for storing a package 9 in which meta-data 12, including information on the copyright of contents 13 put to secondary use, and encrypted contents 13 are incorporated. New data 11a to be input are written into a new creation memory 61 in sequence and the meta-data 12 on the contents 13 put to secondary use are written into the new creation memory 61 according to a request for the secondary use of the contents. Also, the encrypted contents 13 are decrypted using a key 10 input for value. The contents 13a decrypted are inserted into the new data 11a. The new data 11 with the contents inserted therein are output for display.
