摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lithium ion battery elements such as a separator made from microcomposite powder based on a filler and a fluoropolymer, an electroactive layer and the like, a lithium ion battery electrode formed by combining the electroactive layer and a metal layer, and an improved lithium ion battery containing at least one element such as the electrode, the electroactive layer or the separator. <P>SOLUTION: This lithium ion battery elements can be obtained by molding microcomposite powder comprising the fluoropolymer having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 &mu;m and the filler. This microcomposite powder can be manufactured by spraying an aqueous solution containing fluoropolymer particles having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 &mu;m and an aqueous solution of the filler, or by either floculation or coagulation of the aqueous solution containing the fluoropolymer particles having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 &mu;m and the aqueous solution of the filler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
