<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system capable of conducting energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration system comprises an exhaust heat-type heating means N for heating hot water in a hot water storage tank 4 by heat generated in a cogeneration device 3, an auxiliary heating means M, and an operation control means 7.
