PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition for a toner which is suitably used for the toner of an electrophotographic device using a system of developing an electrostatic image by dry development and is excellent in low-temperature fixability, high-temperature resistant offset property and blocking resistance, and to provide the toner. SOLUTION: The resin composition for the toner is≥30 to≤10<SP>3</SP>Pa in relaxation modulus G (0.1) 0.1 second after a shear strain of 450% is applied thereto under a condition of 190°C.
