PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a developer having excellent low-temperature fixability, and anti-offset and anti-smear properties. SOLUTION: In a developer containing a binder containing a polyester resin having a certain acid number, a wax having a higher softening point than the binder, and a wax having a lower softening point than the binder, the acid number of a black developer is made higher than the acid numbers of color developers.
