PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for toner, the toner which can be suitably used for the toner in an electrophotographic apparatus or the like using a method of developing an electrostatic charge image by a dry developing method, which is excellent in low-temperature fixing property, high-temperature offset resistance and blocking resistance and which is capable of favorable coloring, and to provide toner prepared by using the above composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition for toner contains: a crystalline polymer having 180 to 280°C melting point and 25 to 150 mJ/mg endothermic heat value at the melting point measured by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC); and a non-crystalline polyester having 30 to 80°C glass transition temperature.
