PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency while the insulation of an electrical equipment unit is properly maintained and to enhance the heat sink properties of a high-capacity electric part. SOLUTION: The electrical equipment unit includes a case body 5 inserted in the state that a conductive plate 12A is exposed partially on both surfaces, and the heat sink 6 mounted to cover the conductive plate exposed part 34 from the outside of the case body 5. In the electrical equipment unit, the high-capacity electric part 41 is mounted from the inside of the case body 5 at the conductive plate exposed part 34 in an insulating state, so that the heat generated from the high-capacity electric part 41 is dissipated by the heat sink 6 via the conductive plate 12A. In the electrical equipment unit, a recess 26a is provided in the range around the conductive plate exposed part 34 on the opposed surface of the heat sink 6 to the case body 5.
