摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform call re-originating processing without a time interval when re-originating a call because of any reason such as absence of a client in automatic call origination using an outbound. SOLUTION: The priority is given to the order of calls to be originated to clients and on the basis of the priority order, telephone numbers of clients are successively dialed to originate calls. When a telephone number of a client can not connected or when the client can not be communicated with although his/her telephone number can be connected, the priority in the call origination order for the relevant client is reduced for one and when a call is completely originated to a client of the higher priority, a call is re-originated continuously.
