PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage controlled oscillator capable of preventing unnecessary oscillation and obtaining oscillation frequency in wide band. SOLUTION: In a tuned circuit 3, it is provided with a serial resonance circuit 31 consisting of a first inductor 32 and a first varactor diode 33 to which control voltage is impressed and a T-shaped 90°inverter circuit 34 consisting of a second inductor 35, a third inductor 36 and a second varactor diode 37. There is only one resonance point of a parallel resonance circuit consisting of the serial resonance circuit 31 and the T-shaped 90°inverter circuit 34, there is no unnecessary resonance point and the unnecessary oscillation is prevented. In addition, the oscillation frequency is obtained in wide band since bonding capacitance of the first varactor diode 33 is changed and at this time, bonding capacitance of the second varactor diode 37 of the T-shaped 90°inverter circuit 34 is also changed when the control voltage to be impressed to the first varactor diode 33 is changed.
