PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric element etc., equipped with a conductive member that can produce a steep resistance change in a narrow temperature range. SOLUTION: The electric element 1 is an organic positive temperature coefficient thermistor, and has the conductive member 41 disposed between two plate-shaped electrodes 2a and 2b constituting a paired electrode 2 in a state where the member 41 is closely adhered to the electrodes 2a and 2b. The conductive member 41 is formed by accumulating many resin particles having conductor layers, composed of a remaining material (fullerene residue) left after at least part of fullerenes is removed from soot generated by, for example, arc discharge and containing the fullerenes, on their surfaces. Since conductive routes are constituted by joining the conductor layers to each other, the continuity of the electric element 1 can be secured in a normal state. In addition, even when the resin particles slightly expand due to a temperature rise caused when an unpredicted current flows in, the conductive routes can be disconnected easily.
