PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for promoting defervescence; a low-temperature insulating material is inserted into a bag in the center of the device through an opening, a hook-and-loop fastener A and a hook-and-loop fastener B fitted on a belt are stuck to each other to fix, and a hook-and-loop fastener C is stuck to a hook-and-loop fastener D to fix while the belt is being made into a ring shape. SOLUTION: The low-temperature insulating material is inserted into a bag through the opening on the side of the bag at the center, and the hook-and-loop fastener A fitted on the cover of the bag is stuck to the hook-and-loop fastener B to close the cover. The hook-and-loop fastener C placed on one end of the belt is stuck to the hook-and-loop fastener D on the other end of the belt to fix. This invention presents the device for promoting defervescence that has a structure mentioned above. According to this invention, the device has a simple structure, provides no fear of water leakage, and prevents slippage by providing the belt with an angle and fixing it with the hook-and-loop fasteners at two positions. Smallness of the bag in the center minimizes uncomfortable feeling in wearing the device, and the low-temperature insulating material can be exchanged while the device is kept on.
