PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture solution exchanger capable of exchanging a culture solution in high efficiency and having a compact size. SOLUTION: This culture solution exchanger 10 is provided with a base 11 supporting a vessel-fixing means 16 to hold a culture vessel 14 having an opening 12 for introducing or discharging the culture solution and a pipe-supporting means 22 to support an introducing pipe 18 and a discharging pipe 20 in a manner to place the tip ends of the introducing pipe 18 and the discharging pipe 20 opposite to the opening 12 of the culture vessel 14. The pipe-supporting means 22 is provided with a sliding means 24 to slide the supported introducing pipe 18 and discharging pipe 20 toward their tip sides and insert the pipes into the culture vessel 14 through the opening 12 of the vessel 14.
