PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening construction method by a pot spacer enabling a cutting planting at the same time as spraying works which have been difficult and to provide an ops (organic pot spacer) greening construction method by a combination with an improved vegetation base material in a spraying and thick-layer borrow-material spraying method for a vegetation base material to a cut steep-gradient slope with a road site preparation or the like. SOLUTION: The organic pot spacer (ops) given a cutting planting function prepared by molding a mixture, in which clayey hard soil of 5 to 18 vol. % and wheat flour or a starch of 12 to 38 vol, % as a vegetable viscous assistant are added to an excellent compost promoting the growth of plant roots and the improved vegetation base material, with which charcoal of 0.3 to 20 vol. %, in which a mushroom-bacteria bed containing a mineral promoting the prosperous growth of a greening plant body on a slope is changed into the compost and carbonized, is mixed, are used jointly in the spacer installed to a lath net stretched on the surface of the slope in an environment preservation type slope greening construction method, the spraying and thick-layer borrow-material spraying method for the vegetation base material to the steep-gradient slope.
