PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering operating device of a crawler traveling vehicle capable of smoothly performing disengaging operations of side clutches and an ON operation of the brake in the crawler traveling vehicle provided with the left and right side clutches intermitting power of left and right crawler traveling devices by moving a gear by an oscillating operation of a steering lever and the brake for non-rotatably locking the left and right crawler traveling device. SOLUTION: Operation amount of the gear in relation to manipulated variable of the steering lever is increased after disengaging the side clutches as compared with when engaging the side clutches. Operation amount of the gear in relation to manipulated variable of the steering lever is reduced in a brake operating state as compared with the disengaging states of the side clutches.
